We are now looking for a Regional Head of Partnerships who will be responsible for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

This position will be responsible for two key elements critical to the success of our domestic partnerships strategy.

Firstly, leading from the front as a hands-on contributor to our partnership sales quota. You will work across this key region signing key partners and managing key domestic group level relationships.  

Secondly, leading, motivating and managing the domestic sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets through the creation of sales campaigns. Responsible for proactively growing target industry segments and regions for Luxury Escapes, you'll coach and mentor the Partnerships and Contracting Managers to ensure strong vendor relationships are built and managed to ultimately strengthen Luxury Escape's sales and brand reputation.

Working closely with the Global Head of Partnerships & Contracting and the Chief Revenue Officer, you will drive the business sales strategy through developing a vendor market strategy in line with the global vision.


What we are looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of destination contracting in the ANZ territory
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams to meet and exceed KPIs whilst meeting/exceeding your own personal targets
  • Have previously developed and proactively managed a strategy for identifying, attracting, and retaining hotels, resorts and other travel related vendors
  • Be able to provide strategic insights in relation to process improvements
  • Have exceptional engagement skills being able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
