The Seven Hills RSL Group is one of the industry leaders spanning across soon to be 5 sites, the Seven Hills Toongabbie RSL Club, Fox Hills Golf Club, Blacktown City Bowling Club, Pennant Hills Bowling Club and in the upcoming months, Penrith Golf Club. The Club is renowned for its amazing support of the local community and its modern facilities.
The Club is excited to be able to offer a Full Time (38 hours per week) position of Head Cellar Person which will be based at the main site at Seven Hills. The salary will be negotiable for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to join our organisation and utilise your skills and experience to progress and make a career as part of this team.
This role requires 6am starts most days and your roster will be Monday – Friday. This role includes a variety of store and cellar work, purchasing and stock control, beer plumbing and refrigeration, supervision of a small team, and will also include some maintenance work. This role will be reporting directly to the Beverage/Maintenance Manager.
Experience with previous cellar work is essential, and previous work with till systems (Jensen Data System preferred), would be held in high regards. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Essential criteria:
- Current RSA & RCG Competency Card or Certificates
- Current Drivers Licence
