Reporting to the Restaurant Manager (RM), you will support the Manager in the achievement of the financial and operational targets. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations within a similar fast-paced high-volume hospitality environment.

What will my day look like as Assistant Restaurant Manager?

• Lead, motivate and engage team members to continuously deliver five-star service in line with The Star's Service Culture
• Monitor financial performance by managing the stock, controlling costs, profit and loss expenses and wages
• Assist in the recruitment, training and development of the Harvest team (including performance reviews)
• Accountable for the guest dining experiences, ensuring that guest service delivery is fun, fast and fresh

Requirements

• Solid experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to lead a large and diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Available to work on a seven-day rotating roster
• Understanding of profit/ loss reporting
