For 6 years The Cottage Bar & Kitchen, has been a cornerstone venue in Balmain. It is a busy and dynamic boutique restaurant with a strong focus on seasonal food. This is an opportunity to become an important part of the kitchen team and progress your career with us.
Menu is comprised of modern Australian share plates and changes seasonally. This is a hands on role and a great opportunity to take on both prep and service responsibilities and step up into a position of leadership. Experience in pizza making is an advantage but not essential.
The successful Candidate will be mature and enthusiastic, reliable and have a strong commitment to quality and passion for learning. The role allows flexibility with approx. 25-35hrs available for the right candidate. Must be available weekends.
Full-time role may be considered for the right candidate. Attitude will be considered above skill or experience.
