Mister Percy
Mister Percy, Pyrmont's new local wine bar, is due to open late July and we are seeking gun waitstaffs to join our pre-opening team. Mister Percy is housed in an old wool store and features a vintage aesthetic designed by Luchetti Krelle. The coastal-Mediterranean, share-friendly, menu is curated by Justin North & Head Chef Luca Guiotto and is complimented by a wine list showcasing Mediterranean varietals by Australian and Euro producers.
We are looking for super duper shiny happy and experienced staffs working 20 hours per week for dinner shifts. Candidates must have a current RSA, solid wine knowledge and 1- 2 years all round experience in waiting and barista. Great training and development opportunities - we are growing and want out people to grow with us!
