Circa is the Novellus Groups new establishment in the Noosa Hinterland.
Set up in a stylishly renovated 1930's garage, Circa is a Wood Fired Pizzeria, Bistro, Wood Fired Bakery and Coffee Roastery all in one clean modern space. Circa retains the heritage of the old bricks and timber rafters of a building that has been a feature of the Cooroy township for decades.
We are looking for a pizza chef with a dedicated passion for wood fired pizza. You must have excellent technique in hand stretching dough and a thorough understanding of the simplicity of truly excellent wood fired pizza. You must be able to run the section as part of the kitchen brigade.
The successful Pizzaiolo must have the following qualities:
- Excellent organisation ability
- Hand stretch dough
- Have a high standard of personal hygiene
- Be able to communicate well with chefs and waitstaff
To be successful in this role you must be a Pizzaiolo who loves cooking, loves food and loves working in the hospitality industry.
