Chef De Partie
We are looking for Chef De Partie that has A la Carte experience. Our Venues in Queensland are looking for Chefs to fill in for their busy Periods.
Attention to detail, friendly, calm and Positive attitude a must. Lunch and Dinner, Split shifts.
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and you:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
- This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.
The successful applicant will be a creative Chef who will receive complimentary:
- Transport to and from the Venue
- Suitable single accommodation
- Meals while on shift
- Competitive hourly rate for each hour you work including Public Holiday & weekend rates
- Get paid for every hour that you work. With a minimum of 40 hour week.
