Lambert Estate is a highly successful and expanding business, that requires a growing kitchen team within a modern well equipped kitchen.

Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a la carte restaurants;
- A thorough knowledge of workplace health and safety practices;
- Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery;
- Well developed communication and time management skills;
- A high standard of personal presentation and grooming
