About the Role
ALH are searching the market to find highly motivated & proactive Assistant Managers to join a number of venues in and around the Gold Coast.
As an Shift Manager with the ALH group you will be responsible for a multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity and support to develop and grow the business to meet the market demands. The successful applicants will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
an understanding of the expectation of a hospitality venue manager/assistant manager, proven success in a hospitality management role, ideally with food, gaming & bars, the ability to professionally lead, manage, train and direct a large multi-skilled team, and an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive for creating sustainable long-term business success.
Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must. Certificates required RMLV, CLO, RSG, RSA, Food Safety Supervisor.
