The Iconic Carrington Hotel, based in the heart of the Blue Mountains National Parks, is looking for a floor supervisor to join our food and beverage team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the operation of The Grand Dining Room, function service and work with the team on special events that run throughout the year.
Essential Requirements:
• Available nights and weekends
•Highly organised, with the ability to lead a team
•Recent supervisory experience preferred
•Be able to demonstrate initiative and have a mature attitude
•Customer service focused
