In preparation of new venue openings, we are calling for expressions of interest for the positions of Chef De Cuisines and Sous Chefs.

Chef De Cuisines will have:

  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in culinary arts and five years in a supervisory capacity at a 5 star hotel or similar environment
  • Worked in partnership with different teams to take responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the outlet and all work activities
  • Overall responsibility for labour and food cost budgets
  • Innovative menu development and implementation
  • Experience in leading professional hospitality teams (e.g. manage the selection, training, performance and career growth)
  • Strong operational leadership and motivation skills

Sous Chefs will have:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Sous Chef, five years in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication both written and spoken
  • Kitchen management experience, including ordering, production schedules, budgeting, training, menu creation and staffing
  • Flawless service standards so our customers are left super satisfied in all aspects
  • A sound knowledge of Asian and European/Australian cooking styles
