The Nor East hotel located in the North Eastern Suburbs of Gilles Plains, is a well-established standalone Gaming Venue with 40 gaming machines, bar and bistro. We are seeking an experienced industry professional to spearhead our Venue and Gaming Operations.

This is very much a hands on position. The successful candidate will be totally committed to providing outstanding customer service in a professional manner with a ‘can do’ approach.

Experienced in compliance documentation through gaming care, basic understanding of the gaming code of practice, current basic gaming, advanced gaming, RSA & LLL certificates.

As part of our leadership team you will be hands on and responsible for ensuring all employees deliver exceptional customer service while complying with company policies.

You will be required to:-

• Have sound knowledge and experience in the gaming industry
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding and culture within gaming operations
• Research, develop and execute promotions.
• Have knowledge of Statuary and Legislative requirements.
• Have good computer knowledge
• Ensure room presentation standards are met
• Have largely unrestricted working availability.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work days & nights over a 7 day roster.
• Have experience in Food and beverage operations
• Have the ability to train on the job and share existing skills with the team
• Be energetic and enthusiastic
• Have a friendly, welcoming personality
• Be well presented
• Display excellent communication skills
