Atlas People are seeking a Chef de Partie/Sous Chef for a Venue in North WA. This place is amazing you will love to chance to be able to go whale Shark diving on days off or sit and watch the Hump Back whales from the sore line. Don't get stuck in the city, be one with nature in the place of outstanding natural beauty.
The role is for very busy hotel working alongside 3-4 chefs cooking Good old hearty pub style food. Working a combination of lunch and dinners.
The successful applicant will be a creative Chef who’ll enjoy complimentary:
- Transport to and from venue on completion of contract
- Meals while on shift
- Accommodation while on site
- Ongoing career progression provided by Atlas People
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
