Are you a top tier calibre employee, trained in providing truly outstanding client service to senior level key stakeholders who expect only the best of service? We are talking 1st class cabin crew, top class restaurants, 5 star hotels and the professional services sector such as banking, consulting, legal or accounting firms. 

This role will incorporate both face to face and telephone based responsibilities, so immaculate polish and poise in your everyday presentation and communication is required. You will be required to greet external clients in a welcoming and personalised manner, guiding them through the visitor registration system; ensuring meeting hosts are informed of their guests arrival and escorting guests to the meeting space. Other duties will entail supporting the concierge team with additional duties such as ordering catering, and working closely with the Food & Beverage team to oversee day-to-day reception and catering functions. 

Your advanced interpersonal capabilities and genuine interest in building positive and trusting working relationships with both internal and external clients is essential. As is your resourcefulness, professionalism and ability to remain unflappable in all circumstances.
