We currently have opportunities available for experienced and highly driven Cooks to join our team.
Your role as Cook in this busy environment is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued customers through the cooking of a variety of meals, preparation of ingredients and menus.
Reporting to the Chef Manager, Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of ingredients / menu - adherence to service times with consistency and quality of food product
- Function preparation as required
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Clean up and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Monitoring & promoting kitchen hygiene & safety practices
