Wavecrest Bar & Bistro is a newly established tavern on the south coast of WA. 

About the role

We are seeking the expertise of a chef or experienced cook to fill a void in our kitchen. 

Key responsibilities include;

• Menu planning and costing
• Stock control, ordering, wastage reduction and stock takes
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace 
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills and experience

You will be required to have;

• previous kitchen experience 
• can-do attitude 
• cool head under pressure
