The Role
Due to growth, this newly created role will see you working in a close-knit team, servicing customers both over the phone and email, delivering high level of sales and customer service. You will enjoy a varied role, dealing with group bookings, individual passengers and make reservations as well as conducting all facets of a ticketing consultant role.

Skills & Experience
This role will suit a professional with previous experience in ticketing and reservations. GDS experience is a must, preferably Amadeus or Sabre. You will have strong communication skills both orally and written, be focused on delivering strong customer service and enjoy working for an airline.
