A Casual Pizza Chef is required for the Kent Town Hotel's Wood Pizza Oven in our Rooftop on Rundle. If you are able to work productively and autonomously but still be a part of and established and professional team of Chefs, then we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Artisan pizza maker.
You will be responsible for:
* The making of all pizzas and associated dishes in the wood oven
* Maintaining consistency in the presentation of all dishes
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the pizza kitchen area and equipment
* Developing a following for this new concept in our Rooftop
* Maintenance of the perishables and other food items
You will be working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
