We are looking for the following:
- Head Chef or Pizza Chef with minimun of 2 years experience in their respective roles;
- must understand HACCP, Food Safety;
- must understand Food Costing, Stock Rotation, Ordering and Rostering;
- Must have understanding of Italian food;
- Open Kitchen so cleaningness must be at the highest level;
- Team Player and Leadership Skills.
