* Dealing with busy travel high-end clients
* Booking flights, hotels, cruises and car hire and any special requests to worldwide destinations
* Dealing with telephone and email enquires
* Offering exceptional customer service skills
* Dedicated and loyal clients

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Galileo & Crosscheck (advantageous)
* Product knowledge
* Professional outlook
* Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal.
* Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
