About the business and the role
Upmarket licensed Cafe in Darlinghurst/Surry Hills looking for a Barista passionate about coffee and customer service to take us to the next level.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Join a small friendly team, where you will primarily be responsible for producing great coffee and beverages. We offer table service, so strong experience in waitering and a high level of customer service is essential. With heaps of customer contact, you will need to be well presented and love what you do. You will be responsible for opening and closing duties, and supervising and instructing junior staff.
Skills and experience
A minimum 3 years experience as a Barista with strong experience in waitering and table service. A confident knowledge of cleaning and adjusting machines and grinders, together with experience in filtered coffee. Decent latte art would be an advantage.
