This inbound sales role is every pet lovers dream! Ditch the travel agency environment and make the move today. On offer is a competitive base rate of $50-60k (depending on experience), great commissions structure, rewards programmes and tonnes of perks, including a personal trainer and regular bring-your-pet-to-work days.
What does the role involve?
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls
- Securing sales and hitting targets
- File management and administration duties
- Managing bookings
- Generating relevant documentation for domestic/international pet movements
- Booking with airlines
- Liaising with vets, boarding facilities etc.

- Travel Industry Experience. You have a great track record of success in a travel sales environment.

- Computer literacy. You know your way around Microsoft Suite and pick up new systems and information quickly. A Dangerous Goods (DG) Certificate is highly desirable if you already hold this!
- Positive Can-Do Attitude. You adapt easily to changing requirements and keep the energy levels high!
