Located in Mt.Gravatt, Club Southside provides a fantastic atmosphere centred around live entertainment, gaming machines, Keno, a Sports Bar and a restaurant serving traditional Al-a-carte meals
Reporting to the Head Chef, we are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Chef who can multitask, has extraordinary organizational skills and is aware of the key role they play in the experience of our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Food preparation
- Stock rotation
- Receiving and storage of kitchen supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen area
- Following workplace hygiene procedures
- Reporting all equipment breakdowns and faults
- Ensuring all food is presented to the highest possible standard
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality establishment
- A trade qualification
- Knowledge of food safety and WH&S principles
This position will involve working days, nights and weekends but will have flexibility in the roster. The position offers award conditions,
