This hugely successful agency is looking for an experienced travel consultant to come on board and take the business to the next level. You’ll well and truly be taken care of in this role for all your hard work. In this role you’ll be providing an exceptionally high level of customer service to maintain and grow your existing portfolio of clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Providing amazing customer experiences taking care of all travel arrangements
- Preparing all quotes, invoices and documents
- Responding to all customer enquiries via walk in, phone and email

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 10+ years experience within the travel industry (Current or recent experience only)
- A love of and for the travel industry
- Client customer service focused
- GDS experience - Galileo (Essential)
- Own client base
