This restaurant has a fantastic attitude to life. The food, created by a hatted Chef, is designed to nourish and encourage well-being; two values which reverberate throughout the restaurant. You, as the Waiting Staff, will be working in this atmosphere and expected to espouse these values too. If you are looking for something that focuses more on a holistic lifestyle, then this is the place for you. 

Having just gone through a re-brand, this restaurant is moving towards a more sustainable approach to food. The food will come from their own kitchen garden at the restaurant, their farm in Jamberoo Valley and other local suppliers. It’s a paddock to plate feel, whilst maintaining a high level of restaurant service. There is no compromise on quality, and it’s essential that any candidates understand how to maintain that level. 

The space is beautiful and offers a tranquil place of work. Both the inside and the outside have an appeal to customers and will ensure that this restaurant will be a “destination” venue in the Eastern Suburbs.

The role:

• Waiting Staff for this premium restaurant.
• Ensuring smooth running of the restaurant on a daily basis, and helping with functions where necessary.
• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Carrying out plate service as well as up-selling items on the menu, including wine. 
• Operating a high standard of service at all times 

You:

• Love food and drink, and are passionate about learning more.
• Have worked in fine dining establishments before, so understand good service, but are looking for a more casual environment in which to work.
• Are interested and are aligned with their values of health and wellness.
• Are well presented, engaging and able to communicate with customers very well.
• Enjoy working in a busy environment.
• Possess a good knowledge of wine already, but are keen to learn more.
• Are looking to jump head first into a role, and fully immerse yourself in this restaurant.
• Are excited by this opportunity and are keen to know more!
• Have full working rights in Australia.
