One of Sydney's great venues is currently seeking a Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their career. This role will give you the opportunity to implement your own initiatives whilst supporting senior management with the day to day running of the venue.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

staff management
supervision of all departments
opening and closing of venue
quality customer service
safety & well being for all patrons & staff

The successful applicant will have:

current RSA and RCG
ability to work rotating roster which will include weekdays, nights & weekends
high volume food and beverage operations experience a bonus
proven experience within a hospitality role ideally with food, entertainment gaming and bars
