Job tasks and responsibilities
This Senior role is critical to the experience of our new venue and products, therefore you must be motivated and driven to deliver an awesome guest experience, have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to lead the team to total success
As the Chef de Partie your primary responsibilities shall include but not limited to,
- Kitchen Management on shift
- Developing and training your awesome team to go beyond their potential
- Exceeding guest expectations
- Guru of the kitchen while on shift to ensure your team smash expectations
- Ensure that every meal, every plate and every dish is delivered to our exceptionally high standards
- Working closely with the senior management team to provide input and guidance to help guarantee we serve the best street food inspired dishes

- 1-2 years experience in this role or ability to demonstrate the skills/ hunger for it
