Reporting to the Reservations Manager, your days will be busy with duties including but not limited to:  

• Processing & coordinating a high volume of reservation requests
• Providing a high level of customer service 
• Reporting and reconciling
• Related administration tasks 

These roles require you to be able to hit the ground running, so the successful candidate will ideally have prior experience coordinating reservations within hotels or airlines (experience dealing with remote villages & night audits would be highly advantageous).
