To be successful in this role, you should also:
- Have the ability to lead and be comfortable supervising teams of up to 40 staff
- Have experience controlling labour and stock costs
- Fun, friendly and enthusiastic style of service
- Comfortable working to achievable KPI targets
- Be available to work full time hospitality hours
