About The Company
Offering beautiful degustation dinners in a stunning panoramic environment this newly built venue has a sesaonal menu with 2 different levels of wine matching. Serving exceptional dishes that engage the imagination of guests, each aspect of the restaurant has been designed to create an environment that stimulates the senses, with a playful element. There are dining chairs that explode with colour, tables crafted from old oak barrels, and eclectic pieces of art. With a dedicated Sommelier at all times, a state of the art kitchen and the exclusive Chef's Table this venue is set to do some outstanding things and they want you to be a part of it!!
About The Role
My client is seeking expressions of interest from Chef de Parties looking to join this outstanding team of professionals. To be successful in obtaining an interview you will have had a number of years experience in fine dining award winning venues; you must have worked in a Hatted or Michellin Star restaurant. You will have a true passion and love for hospitality and extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry. The award winning Head Chef is looking for chefs that want a long term career opportunity and in return you will recieve phenomonal training to build on your existing skill set. You will have a drive for further knoweldge and career advancement and want to ad true value to your team.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a Hatted or Michelin star restaurant
- A true passion for the industry and a thirst for knowledge
- The ability to commit to a long-term position
- An appreciation for current trends
- Extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry
