In conjunction with the Savta Cafe and Restaurant team you will be responsible for the daily aspects of providing an exceptional food experience to our customers

Skills and experience required fo this role
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Cook trade qualifications is must
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Produce a range of dishes and cuisines, from small bespoke creations to large scale event set menus
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Full understanding of OHS and HACCP regulations
- Excellent leadership qualities - demonstrated ability to motivate, teach and guide the kitchen team
- Develop and maintain contemporary menus to meet customers' expectations and budget
- Proven record in rostering and managing cost of goods
- Flexibility in works hours (this is a full time salaried position)
