We are seeking a Venue Manager experienced in a diverse array of hospitality areas, including electronic gaming, sports bars, bistro and wagering (TAB).

This person should be a dedicated leader with passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer service with experience in the following:

Applicant must have the ability to lead and be comfortable managing a team of up to 30 staff.
Experience controlling labour and stock costs
Vast experience in management
Comfortable working to achievable KPI targets
Be available to work full time hospitality hours
Proven record of organisational and communication skills
Electronic gaming experience essential (minimum 2 years)
