Located at Level 3, Therapy and Co are the hottest nightclubs in town featuring celebrity Australian and International DJs, events and live music. Host Victoria’s biggest NYE party, many International acts Will Sparks, Timmy Trumpet and FOX R&B Friday's party. Level 3 is the place to be for the ultimate nightclubbing experience.   

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our team!  Reporting directly to the Bar Manager you will be responsible to oversee the operation of up to 12 bars throughout Therapy and Co nightclubs as well as functions and special events and The Palms. 

What you need:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-end nightclub or premium bar
• Passion for the industry and extensive beverage product knowledge 
• Strong people management and coaching skills to lead a high energy team of bar staff and Supervisors
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels 
• Understanding beverage costs and controls including P&Ls
• Availability to work a 24/7 roster, including weekends, overnights and public holidays
