The Y's Leumeah Lodge caters to school and sporting groups visiting Canberra. The facility provides a friendly, safe and quality accommodation / catering experience to our guests and seeks F&B attendants to assist the Senior Chef in delivering high level customer service. Leumeah Lodge is located in Gold Creek Village (Nicholls).
What is expected from you: (selection criteria)
Demonstrated experience in a previous role will be highly regarded.

High level customer service

Food and beverage delivery in an effective and efficient manner providing a high standard of customer service

Managing guest expectations and ensuring guest satisfaction

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with the team
- Ability to work flexible hours including rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A Working with Vulnerable People Registration card
- Acceptance and adherence to YMCA policies, procedures and core values.
