Join the team/about the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cafe Manager to join our P&R Brisbane flagship store! We are looking for a motivated leader and successful mentor to provide support and direction to the cafe team with the overall goal of facilitating an amazing customer experience. You will be “hands on” and ultimately responsible for curating and tailoring that experience by utilising all available store and brand resources. This is a rare lifestyle opportunity as the store is a five days a week, Mon-Fri 6.30 am to 3.30 pm operation.

As the Cafe Manager you will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and review of sound strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience under the direction of the General Manager Retail.

The ideal candidate will have speciality coffee experience in a leadership role and a track record of delivering store sales results. The candidate will be outgoing, personable, passionate about coffee and comfortable with technology.

The scope of this role includes:

• Managing day to day operations of the store, including stock management and rostering

• Managing a small team of experienced baristas, Chef, service and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experience and exceed store targets

• Developing positive relationship with customers and suppliers

• Being ultimately responsible for the store’s operational success

A base salary of $50,000 – $60,000+ Super is on offer plus competitive bonuses for monthly target achievement.
