The position:
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team as the Restaurant Supervisor for the Surfers Paradise Restaurant
The right candidate will have experience in;
- Staff recruitment, training and efficiency.
- Staff rostering and service management.
- Wage costing and ability to interpret reporting and budgets.
- Customer engagement and management of service standards.
- Supplier liaison and stock management.
- Working towards identified sales targets and the ability to implement structures for the team performance.
- Implementation and management of procedures and structures
- Booking management and venue allocation
- Opening and closing responsibilities
The right candidate will have;
- Previous venue management experience in large scale environment.
- A motivated and driven attitude with an energetic approach to tasks.
- Experience in budget management.
- An assertive, firm and position leadership skills.
- Experience management large teams on shift.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Effective time management skills with the ability thrive under pressure.
- Experience with staff recruitment, induction and ongoing training will be advantageous.
