Who we are:

Poachers Pantry is a family owned business, situated just 25 minutes from the centre of Canberra. The property is set on 700 acres and is home to the Poachers Pantry Smokehouse, Wily Trout Vineyard and the award winning Smokehouse Restaurant.

The Smokehouse Restaurant had a major refurbishment and is a stunning place to work.

Who are we looking for:

Hard working team members with the ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment your best strength must be passion for delivering great customer service, exceed expectations and create memorable experiences for our guests.

A successful applicant must be a neat, presentable, organized and friendly individual with the ability to multi task during the shift. A must skill required is to be able to carry 3 plates, comfortable with trays of drinks, you must have a NSW RSA or willing to complete the online course, full availability to work weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday mainly from 9:30 – 17:00, Including late nights for Weddings and Events all aspects come with the opportunity for training and develop yourself as an efficient member of our team.

Experience:

• Ideally a minimum experience required from 6 to 12 months in a similar environment
• Possess wide product knowledge food and beverage
• Wine knowledge
• A la carte service
• Ability to use Point of sales system
• Barista skills are preferred
