You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong background in a la carte
- Impeccable technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
- Can handle pressure in a fast paced kitchen
- A true passion food
- Team player
- Butchering skills or the desire to learn how to break down an animal
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Hard working with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Be on top of food trends and create menu items - bring your creativity skills
