The Glynde Hotel is looking for an experienced sous chef or a chef looking to take the next step within a busy kitchen environment.
The Glynde Hotel has an 80 seat bistro and a large sports bar offering all day dining until 2am.The successful applicant must have experience in alacarte dining and functions. Applicants must be experience in food handling, menu preparation and costing, staff organisation and leadership, cost and wage control. The successful applicant must be available over a 7 day roster and may be required to work until 2am.
An immediate start would be preferred. The successful applicant will be a part of a leading South Australian Hotel Group.
