About the business
Supply Specialty Coffee & Bar has been in existence 2 1/2 yrs and continues to impress with the current back, and front of house teams in place. The family run business has an in-house coffee roasting facility and whilst coffee is a focus, the food side of the business gains more and more traction.
Trading 7 days and 2 nights per week, the business caters to a strong local market, and tourism sector, which the region continues to attract in increasing numbers.
About the role
This Chef role focuses on the day time food offer. Breakfast and Lunch form the backbone of business operations generally, and the role will entail working within the current guidelines, but offering the opportunity to drive day time offerings to ensure continued growth.

Skills and experience
This is a real cafe environment, providing what could be considered modern and edgy with a very strong vegetable/ vegetarian focus. There is a considered balance of the classics, and the originals, in menu structure
We look to candidates who are able to contribute to this style of offer, and can display a working history in busy cafe situations.
The training and development of our team is seen as equally important, and experience in leadership roles will be highly regarded.
