Travel Reservations Support

• Be the go to person for administration duties
• Great opportunity to work behind the scenes
• Monday - Friday: No weekends!
• No sales targets

Travel Reservations Support Responsibilities:

• Prepare all travel documentation packages
• Ensure all travel services have been booked and confirmed correctly
• Maintain contact with clients to communicate any itinerary/travel updates
• Provide general office administration support including answer phones and managing messages
• Support Consultants completing itineraries

What skills are we looking for in this Travel Reservations Support role:

• Previous experience working in the travel sector
• High level of computer skills- Must have experience using Excel
• Highly motivated and good attention to detail
