EZARD has been serving Teage Ezard’s acclaimed ‘Australian freestyle’ cuisine for eighteen years in a sleek subterranean dining room in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. Within its first year of opening, EZARD was awarded Two Chef Hats in The Age Good Food Guide which has been maintained ever since.
The sleek ambience and elegant sophistication of EZARD thrives under expertise and experience of some of Australia’s finest chefs – Teage Ezard (Chef of the Year 2003) and Jarrod Di Blasi (Young Chef of the Year 2017) who have created a menu that exudes flavour, balance and texture.

To work with us you will come armed with
- Previous experience as CDP or Junior CDP
- Experience in a fine dining hatted restaurant
- Hold the relevant qualifications
- Experience managing a small team
