- Newly created Part-time role
- Part Time role - Approx. 20 - 25 hours a week
- 7 day roster - AM & PM shifts
We are currently looking for a Cook/Duty Manager to come and join the team at our Camp Site in Sydney Olympic Park Lodge to provide good quality meals and outstanding customer service.
The role will also give you the opportunity to support our second camp site in Yarramundi when required.

About the role
As the Cook/Duty Manager, you will support the Catering Coordinator in the delivery of a high quality food service program at our Sydney Olympic Park Lodge site as well as fulfil Duty Manager Responsibilities as required.
The role will require you to lead and motivate the team to provide high quality meals to large groups and ensure that the guest needs are met.
This is a part time role primarily based in Sydney Olympic Park Lodge but may require you to assist at our Camp Yarramundi site if needed. You will also be required to work flexible hours with weekend work involved.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Relevant Catering and cooking experience
- Kitchen Supervisor experience
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Excellence customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
