Duty Manager required for a busy hotel in the Sutherland Shire. A broad experience in hotel operations including bar, restaurant, gaming, accommodation and bottle shop is desirable with a sound knowledge in TAB and Keno. You must also have the ability to effectively lead a team of staff. We are not a group hotel, we are a family owned and operated hotel and therefore offer lots of support and experience.
