Café Supervisor:

You would have a minimum of 3 years in café/restaurant management. Ambition to increase revenue and build lasting customer loyalty is a must, as well as a flexible, proactive and hands on attitude. You must be available to work a rotating roster including weekends.

Skills and Experience:

• Managerial skills that include everything it takes to run a café day to day in the absence of the Café Manager
• Experience in hospitality services in either restaurants or cafes
• Politeness, professionalism and excellent inter-personal skills
• Must have a bright and cheerful personality and work calmly under pressure

Duties and responsibilities:

• Keeping within assigned budgets, managing COGs and meeting KPIs
• Providing a safe environment for customers and employees
• Maintain a consistent high standard of food quality and service
• Organizing rosters and stock control
