The Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager, who will oversee the front of house operations at The Beach House Avalon, ensuring the best day-to-day running of the venue. You will support the Venue Manager to plan, control and evaluate the operations of the venue.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory role
- Strong background in restaurant/table-service environment
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, great organisation skills and outgoing personality
- Proven ability to use POS systems, great knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
