This is a hands-on role that will suit someone with a creative flair and genuine passion for business development. Responsibilities

·         Stock control and ordering

·         Effective management of Bar casual staff ensuring quality of product, service & overall performance

·         Effective communication with front of house and back of house management and staff

·         Staff rostering and timesheets

·         Weekly/Monthly budgets and costing

·         Opening/closing of Bar & Venue

·         Maintain presentation, cleanliness and product integrity

·         Ensure daily par levels are met

·         Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environments by establishing, following & enforcing sanitation and Health & Safety procedures and complying with all RSA & Licensing regulations.

Skills & experience

·         Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating a similar venue

·         Demonstrated success in leading a team based on a positive & cohesive culture

·         Experience in staff training and development

·         Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits - Creative flair for developing new and exciting cocktails!

·         RSA Competency card (Kings Cross approved manager a bonus!)

·         Exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the operation
