We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee Front of House operations at our Melbourne Central Restaurant. As a strong leader, you will be focused on developing our guest facing team to deliver food and service to Friday's standards. We are seeking motivated and hands-on hospitality professionals who have a passion for producing great quality food and cocktails, and importantly know how to get the best out of a team. You will need proven supervisory experience and know how to deliver outstanding service in a high volume fast-paced environment.

 

Key responsibilities of this will include:

  • Supervision of Front of House team members and management of all Front of House operations.
  • Adherence to and auditing of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences. 
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as our Front of House team leader.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership capability and customer service focus.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiency and resiliently.
  • Drive to create a supportive culture which motivates and develops your team.
  • Ability to work productively during busy trading periods including weeknights and weekends.
