We're looking for a Head Barista with great knowledge of all things coffee to join us!

It's your chance to become a part of The Chambers foundations, bringing your passion for coffee, skills and expertise. We are looking for the perfect person to take ownership of the coffee offering throughout The Chambers.

This is a Full-Time position with an immediate start working closely with the management team. Your positive attitude and willingness to teach others your craft is essential. Your communication skills will be exceptional as will your ability to work independently towards company goals. 

The Chambers:

The Cairns food scene is on the cusp of a new beginning and The Chambers aims to create a foundation without borders. A fresh, intriguing, yet familiar approach to its culinary offering drives the inspiration. Each venue offers a unique and personable experience through its food, coffee, wine, feeling and décor.

The Chambers concept was inspired by a love of good food, wine and the beautiful city of Cairns. A perfect blend of culture, history and progress. The restoration of the historic, 21 Spence Street, building revealed 92 year old features too good not to share. It's a place to experience delicious culinary offerings, personal service in surrounds deeply rooted in the heart of Cairns. Lots of love, passion and challenge is what drives The Chambers and the team behind it.

 
Must Have's

• 4+ years' experience
• Passionate about coffee
• Experience with La Marzocco equipment incl. maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive mindset
• Versatile and consistent
• Solutions driven and flexible
• Attention to detail
• A work ethic to write home about
