The Reef House and Spa is the most iconic Colonial Style Beach House in Queensland. We are renowned for our personalised service in a truly relaxed setting offering tranquillity, ambience and boutique luxury.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Chef to deliver the highest levels of customer service and meal quality in our award winning Reef House Restaurant. Our Restaurant has a reputation for excellence and you may have the opportunity to be a part of this winning combination. Our customer service goal is to create bespoke memorable Reef House experiences, something which cannot be created elsewhere.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily communications and operations of the Breakfast section in the kitchen
- Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen service, focusing on product quality
- Ensure compliance to Workplace Health and Safety, and Hygiene standards
- Impress and WOW our customers so they feel like they are treated like a celebrity
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead by example
- The drive to consistently deliver the very best
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Exceptional culinary expertise coupled with a strong training ability
